We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy for most items (excluding bespoke orders). To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and condition, and with all tags attached.

Refunds

We'll process your refund within 5 days of receiving your return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order. Once the refund is processed it can take up-to 14 working days (depending on your bank's processing speeds) to appear in your bank account.

Shipping Costs

Please note that you'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
