You might have noticed our new appearance; our website is now cleaner, smarter, and easier to navigate than ever before. Here’s a quick guide to what’s new:

Our new site works just as well on a tablet or phone as it does on a computer, so accessing London Tradition from home, work or on the move should never be a problem.

To make sure that we’re offering the best fit possible, we now offer a free sleeve “sewn to size” service on all our coats. When placing your order online, make sure to enter your height length in the correct field and your coat will be tailored to your own personal sleeve length.

We’re delighted to say that we can now offer worldwide delivery, as well as free UK delivery for all our customers.

There’s now a new “Track Your Order” function which you can find at the bottom of the page underneath “Customer Services”, just type in the tracking number found in your confirmation email.
